Welcome to AccuCare Event Medical
AccuCare Event Medical is the largest special event medical service provider in the St. Louis area, deliveringprofessional pre-hospital emergency medical care for events where preparation and rapid response matter. We provide medical coverage for fairs, sporting events, concerts, community events, and film and television productions across the Greater St. Louis area and neighboring counties, including emergency response, medical oversight, and transport coordination when hospital care is required.
Who We Are
We are a proud woman- and family-owned business based in St. Louis, Missouri, and a trusted leader in on-site event medical services for events of all sizes. Led by Dana Moulton, RN, BSN, and founder Jacque Phillips, RN, BSN, our team brings decades of clinical and operational experience to events ranging from community gatherings to large-scale productions.
Through our subsidiary, EMS Corrections Medical of St. Louis, we also provide specialized medical staffing in correctional facilities, delivering reliable care in highly regulated environments.
Across every setting, our focus is preparation, coordination, and rapid response, so organizers, venues, and guests know medical coverage is in place when it matters.

On-Site Event Medical Coverage
We provide on-site medical coverage that reflects how your event actually operates, with experienced teams positioned to respond quickly and manage care from start to finish.
Medical Staffing & Clinical Coverage
On-site medical coverage includes both Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support, deployed based on how the event operates and the level of risk involved.
- Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS-certified EMTs provide essential emergency response, including CPR, firstaid, and rapid patient stabilization, as part of a complete on-site medical coverage plan.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS): ALS-certified paramedics provide advanced emergency care for higher-risk events where complex medical situations demand expanded clinical capabilities.
EMS Corrections Medical
Medical care in correctional settings demands experience and sound clinical judgment within highly regulated environments. Our EMS Corrections Medical team works directly within these facilities to manage medical situations while maintaining security, compliance, and continuity of care.
