Founded in 1994, AccuCare Event Medical has been a trusted provider of on-site emergency medical services for more than 30 years. Locally operated and proudly certified as a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE), the company is now led by Dana Moulton, RN, BSN, who took the helm earlier this year. After 30 years of dedicated leadership, Jacque Phillips, RN, BSN, transitioned the ownership to her daughter, Dana, as part of the company’s evolution.

Our team works closely with the local fire departments in each service area and partners with them for high-profile events requiring enhanced safety measures.

We are proud to have an independent contractor agreement with the Washington University Emergency Department to provide on-site physicians for every home St. Louis Cardinals baseball game and major event. This partnership extends to St. Louis City SC games at Energizer Park, ensuring comprehensive care for athletes and fans alike.

We stand as the sole provider of on-site medical services at premier venues, including Busch Stadium, the Dome at America’s Center, the Saint Louis Convention Center, Enterprise Center, Energizer Park, the Fabulous Fox Theatre, and the Stifel Theatre. As a licensed EMRA, we specialize in providing Advanced Life Support (ALS) services without patient transportation, ensuring rapid, high-quality medical care at events and emergency scenes.

Our team is composed of highly trained emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and emergency medical technicians-paramedics (EMT-Ps) who are equipped to deliver advanced medical interventions. While we do not transport patients ourselves, we play a vital role in initiating ALS care on-site, stabilizing patients until an ALS ambulance service arrives to provide transportation to the nearest medical facility.

To operate as an EMRA, agencies must obtain licensure from the Missouri Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, adhering to strict state regulations and maintaining appropriate medical oversight. At AccuCare Event Medical, we take this responsibility seriously, ensuring our protocols, personnel, and equipment meet the highest standards of emergency medical care.

By working closely with ALS ambulance providers, we help bridge the gap between an emergency incident and hospital care. We always deliver expert on-scene medical support when it matters most.

The First Aid certification provides training for emergency situations, including:

Basic Life Support (BLS) training includes resuscitation, use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED), and one and two rescuer CPR for adults, children, and infants. It also covers bag mask techniques, as well as rescue breathing and choking for all ages. In addition, training is provided for CPR with an advanced airway in place or a breathing tube.

Advanced Life Support (ALS) services encompass a comprehensive range of critical medical procedures designed to manage life-threatening emergencies. ALS training includes all Basic Life Support training in addition to advanced airway management techniques, intravenous access for fluid and medication administration, and sophisticated electrical therapies, including defibrillation and cardioversion to restore regular heartbeat patterns.

These skills are essential for stabilizing patients and providing effective care in high-stakes situations. With a focus on advanced clinical interventions, ALS training ensures that our medical team members are thoroughly prepared to respond with precision and expertise.
